Introduction

Workbench using Jetta intact automatic A/C system physical, supporting auxiliary systems is complete, all parts are original parts, before delivery through layers of inspection, production quality management according to ISO9001: 2008 standards implementation, demonstrating car entire vehicle electrical structure and operation, applied for the car entire vehicle electrical theory of learning, need practical operation, fault diagnosis and teaching settings in the higher, vocational colleges and training institutions.

Features

1. Speed control motor as the power source, automatic A/C system works properly, operate steadily, fully shows the structure and working principle of A/C system.
2. The bench plate assembled high low pressure gauge, it can shows the pressure change in the refrigeration pipeline directly.
3. Training workbench is equipped with automatic A/C system color schematics and detection terminals. The element signal parameter of A/C system, such as voltage, resistance, frequency, etc. can be detected by special instruments;
4. Fault setting and appraisal system: use fault setting box set manually or delete single and combination fault, including all the sensors, actuators and controller faults, the fault setting type: disconnection, short circuit, virtual connection and etc., turn the fault switch to the original position, the fault is deleted. Can set any recombination fault and delete the fault. Using concealed fault setting is convenient to examine the students. Can set various hard emulation fault of sensors and controlling unit. (Example: magnetic, thermosensitive, pressure-sensitive, photoelectric, electromagnetic and etc), fault type is signal distortion or accidental fault.
